[TriLUG] Will the questions never stop? (Mandrake CD/Supermount)

Sorry... to be perfectly clear... 

If I try to go to the /mnt directory without a CD in the first drive,
the "access, fail, access..." behavior happens.  It doesn't matter if
there is a CD in the second drive.
