Look up SMTP AUTH.  It allows you to relay only if the user supplies
a password.  I think it's much better than a kludge like allowing=20
relaying after pop.  I've been using it with qmail for about 3 years
now, but I know that postfix also supports it (and I would be shocked
if sendmail and exim didn't also).
