[TriLUG] RH8.0 Menu Editor for Gnome?

I've installed RH8.0 and am trying to modify the Gnome menus (I'd like 
to be able to invoke  programs without having to use launchers or 
launchers in drawers).  As I recall, Mandrake had the menudrake utility, 
which did what I wanted, but I've found no way to do this in RH.
