[TriLUG] Is it necessary for fiber between buildings?

If you run the cables underground or suspended, you still need a special
terminus at each end. Plus you may have some interesting grounding
problems. 

Fiber is definitely a better way to go, but of course with 100ft, you
can also go with a wireless solution for your network.
