Actually, I don't remember where I saw it, but there was a study
that came out that basically said that it's currently impossible
to secure voting over the Internet.  There are just too many
problems with the current systems. (If anyone remembers seeing
this study, please provide a reference.  I think it was something
that Bruce Schnier (sp?) mentioned in his newsletter, but I can't
remember exactly.)

Now, electronic voting, perhaps even as simple as voting at an
ATM, is another matter entirely...
