If this is something that people are interested in, I'll try to
actively maintain it.

ftp://ftp.trilug.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.2/i386/stable contains a binary
snapshot of the -stable branch of OpenBSD (this is the branch that
includes the base distro plus all up to date stable patches /
bugfixes). Right now I am doing this manually but am working on
automating this, and adding a few more platforms (sparc is likely next,
followed by alpha and *maybe* vax & hppa).

You can install directly from this ftp location, so you can upgrade
existing 3.2 machines or install directly from a patched distro.

Note that this is NOT officially supported or endorsed by the OpenBSD
project and likely never will. If you use these binaries, it's because
you trust me to not trojan your binaries (I haven't). If you don't
trust me, then just install from openbsd.org and apply the patches
yourself. I have provided this because it is useful to me for
installing on older i386 hardware, and might be useful to you as well.
