The DEFAULT_HOST_NAME equals a virtual host
(https://intranet.url.com/mailman) on the server, but it is the only
mailman instance. The server's name is actually something else
(bob.url.com).

Just checked the "Hostname that this list prefers" variable and it was
pointing to http://intranet.url.com/mailman. Changed it to https and
still nothing is showing up.
