[TriLUG] Version 4.3 PPD drivers

I was wondering if any of you have a reliable source for 4.3 PPD
drivers?  The 4.3 seem to work much faster and more reliably for us but
we are having a hard time finding a version with all of the tray options
present (envelope feeder, optional large capacity tray, etc.).  The 4.1
and 4.2 versions have these options but take more that four times longer
to print (best case, worst case is 10 seconds versus 2.5 minutes).  Any
pointers would be greatly appreciated!
