Roadrunner locked me into a contract at one commercial site where they
had to shoot a cable over US 70 W and re-coup cabling expense. It was 2
years.
Personally, they've always worked with me whenever I've had to make a
change. Depending on how much you wanna pay, you can get quasi static
persistent IP as well. With dynamic DNS, I did not have the need.
They are cool about letting me run a server, too. I'm not trying to
sell anything, though. So, I can't really call it a commercial server.

Hmmm, when I signed up for RR they said I wasn't locked into a term
contract and I never had to sign one...
