[TriLUG] TriLUG Shell and Imap Account update

You have to email sys at trilug.org to have them turn it off.  Due to the lack
of local space on the server they didn't used to allow you to receive mail
locally.  All mail to local users was directed else where (using the email
addresses from your sign-up).
