[TriLUG] Telocity/DirecTVDSL defunct

When I originally signed up for Telocity, they salesman told me there
would be "no startup fee." I pushed him because I knew their standard rate
required $24.95 to pay for S&H on the modem, so I made him specifically
commit to waiving that fee. He agreed, but I was billed anyway; it took
nearly a year, but they finally did refund the fee.
