I had BritSys DSL briefly (briefly because I wasn't actually supposed to
be able get DSL, but the phone company hooked me up anyway.. :-/...)
and their service is quite good.  They didn't seem to be as good
at having people that would answer the phones at odd hours of the
night as some others, but their techs definitely have a clue.

The only problem (besides that fact that because I was actually
too far away it didn't work very well) I had with their service
is that some spam blocker list in europe had decided to throw
all of BritSys's IP addresses into their list so I had a couple
of problems delivering mail (since I run my own server).  I don't
know if that's been fixed or not.

They're also amenable to linux (or at least they were about a year
ago).
