[TriLUG] poppassd and ldap

Hmm.. well in that case, have you checked that the ldap passwords
can be changed from the command line using something like the passwd
command (which, presumably also uses pam).  If it doesn't work there,
it probably won't work in poppassd either.  If it does work there,
check to see what user poppassd is being run as.  I'd give good
odds it's probably defaulting to the web server user, which 
most likely doesn't have the permissions to change passwords.
