[TriLUG] CD-Rom/Floppy Based Screening Routers

Hello,

I am looking for personal experiences with the various CD/Floppy based
firewall distributions.  I am hoping to find a free distro that works well
for a network environment that passes on average 250kbps traffic, spiking
as high as 5Mbps on rare occasions.  I have looked at list after list of
these distros, but I would really prefer to hear from locals if they use
any these solutions in production on the perimeter?

I would love for it to support PPTP/IPSEC VPN clients as well; however,
that isn't a requirement.
