[TriLUG] consolidating boot images updates

Hi Joe,

You mentionned trying to consolidate netboot.img 
and a bootable cdrom along with anaconda updates
on the TriLUG mailing list last July.  Did you ever
find a solution to this?  Any tips would be greatly
appreciated.

I'm mostly just intested in creating a netboot.img
boot cdrom (which I suspect can be accomplished
fairly easily with bootnet.img and mkisofs using
-b and -c).
