[TriLUG] OT: Local Masters programs...

NC State has a computer networking masters program.  I had to drop out
after my second course due to lack of time to catch up on Markov chains
and matrices while bringing a new baby into the world and starting a
business.

However, I'd give it a thumbs up.  It is a joint venture with the CS and
EE depts.
