[TriLUG] OT: Local Masters programs...

UOP required me to break out VMWare as you have to use their newserver via
Secure Password Authentication (SPA) which is only in Pan (doesn't work)
and Samba (useless in this application).  I have to admit, I would prefer
a more neutral-oriented program, Windows only doesn't scare me at this
point. :(
