http://www.rtpnet.org provides low-cost web, mailing list, and php-based
discussion forums

http://www.rtpnet.org/membership/ has some of the details.

The membership is invested in providing helping community centers in the
Triangle area.

Good luck.

Subject: [TriLUG] free (or very cheap) nonprofit web hosting?

Anybody got a lead? I'm putting together a web site for my son's
preschool, which is a nonprofit/cooperative
(read: cash-strapped) organization. For now it'll be mostly static
(documents, pictures, etc.) but eventually I'd like a perl/postgres
component to let parents sign up for tasks, events, etc., online. Any
ideas?

Thanks.
