[TriLUG] sending mail through SMPT trouble

Hi all,

I am unable to send mail to my ISP through SMTP and I do not know why?  I 
set up my modem with the Network Device Control GUI and there does not seam 
to be a way to set the SMPT server.  I also looked in Netscape preferences 
and there does not seem to be a place to set the SMPT server, I am using 
netscapes mail program.
