[TriLUG] Apt Repository for RH9

[Ken Mink]

I noticed that there was a /apt/RedHat/9 directory on the mirrors
server, but there are bad sym links in it. I don't know if it's supposed
to be available for use yet or not. I just thought I'd point it out.
