Converting from MP3 to OGG is generally a bad idea unless you
_absolutely_ have to have OGG. You would be converting from a lossy
compression format to another lossy compression format. Since these
formats use different methods to choose what they loose, you end up with
the accumalitive loss of both compressions. In other words, if you have
a wav create an OGG, if you have an MP3, leave it as is. If you have a
MP3 and the original (or wav of the original), delete the MP3 and
re-encode the original into an OGG.
