Welcome to the area Tom.  You aren't by any chance following
Roy Williams are you? :-)

If you will be free on Saturday, please feel free to stop by
the TriLUG booth at the Durhamfest (see our web page for 
more details) and introduce yourself.  There are quite a few
people in the LUG that use both linux and OS X.
