Actually, no.  I'm the person in charge of the FAQ (unless someone
else wants to take it over) and have been since before I joined
the SC.  If the SC directs me to put something in the FAQ I will
happily do so, but I can put things in there on my own.  

Generally, however, what is the case is that I ask people to 
send me answers to add to the FAQ.  So, Sinner, if you would
like to add to that paragraph, please send me something.  I will
probably run it by the entire list beforehand, but this isn't
really something that the SC should "decree" from on high. (I 
think, anyway.)

Also, if anyone else would like to see something changed in
the FAQ, please by all means, send me corrections.  I welcome
them.
