[TriLUG] DSL opinions

I could be totally wrong here, but I believe that the "frame relay" is
the uplink from the central office or where ever the DSLAM sits. Most
DSLAMs are connected via ATM or Ethernet to the providers backbone
network. Frame Relay tops out at much lower speeds and because this,
DSL is throttled.

Are there any other providers in that CO? Others may have faster
uplinks and access speeds.
