thank you very much for the kind offer to help if i get stuck.  my
problem is finding the time.  i might not get to in in another 10 years.
looks like cool stuff, though.

yeah, access really does blow grits.  we used it out at the
pharmaceutical plant for a y2k project with about 10 people sharing a
9000 record dB.  it puked hard.  we quickly went to sql back end.
