While IPSec does work on the latest stable OS X (Jaguar), it isn't
really well integrated.  PPTP is much more integrated (gui config,
etc vs command line config).  I understand, though, that IPSec will
be fully supported in OS X 10.3 (Panther).  I know there are some
people on the list running Panther (Ben?). Perhaps they'd care to
respond.
