[TriLUG] remote power on/off device

I built this box:

It does not have power outlets, but outlet(s) can be attached for up to
8 devices.  (Very easy)  Runs through the serial port and will hold the
relay state (on|off) if you disconnect the data line.  I just use `echo
"{command}" >> /dev/tty1` to control it now, would like to actually
script something more powerful later to take advantage of the 4 inputs.

If this is too much, surf the rest of the site, there are smaller, more
simple relay control projects that would do just fine for a couple of
devices.

I actually use it to control a few lights and my sprinkler system zones
with cron.  (Yard powered by Linux!)
