[TriLUG] iptables preferencing question

Thanks Mike!

That wasn't quite it, but it gave me a jumping off point. Foom there I 
found [ http://www.linuxguruz.com/iptables/howto/2.4routing-9.html 
].The program I want is called tc (I think). I will read up on tc (man 
8 tc) and see if I can figure it out. Otherwise, anyone familiar with 
tc? ;)
