[TriLUG] mandrake 9.2 install help

i didnt install gnome.  Usually use kde.  I'll reinstal and see if it works. Only takes about 15 minutes. 
I tried the upgrade path first and it got an error.  wouldnt work, so I did a complete install and had this problem.  First time I've had a problem with mandrake since 7.1

I had a similiar problem, I had to boot and run Gnome (I 
usually use KDE)  from the run application I ran 
menudrake, everything looked good from there, I saved the 
configuration and reloaded user configuration and it works 
fine now.
