[TriLUG] Oracle9i AS on Redhat9

The trouble there Joseph is that 2.1 supports only 8 CPUs and I will
have 16 so I am eager to learn that version 3 will work. Contacting
Oracle so far has resulted in lots of "mights" and "probably will soons"
but nothing firm one way or the other.
