Hey Guys,

I have another Apache question... I run an Apache 2 server from my
server over a RoadRunner connection, and I find that it's starting to
take so much of my bandwidth that I can sometimes barely browse the
internet! I'm not sure why this would be, because I though that my
browsing the net would be using my downstream, and the users browsing
my server would be using my upload stream, but nonetheless, Apache is
the culprit (because executing /etc/init.d/httpd stop solves the
problem and brings speed back to my browser...) So, is there any way I
can limit Apache's bandwidth usage? Or does anyone else have any god
suggestions? Thanks Guys!
