I'm trying to setup rsync, having some connection troubles.  Scenario:

machine foo needs to rsync to machine poo.  (for backups of foo to poo).  I
want to rsync /rtest on foo to /rtest2 on poo.  I tried this from foo:

rsync -avz /rtest poo:/rtest2

Connection refused.

suggestios?  thanks.  after I get this working, I want to cron it for every 6
hours... and maybe also do my /home dir from foo to poo also.
