[TriLUG] cdrecord as non-root user

Hi All-

I want to setup a box so that non-root users can use cdrecord.  The 
only reasonable method I've been able to find so far is to give 
specific suers 'sudo' privileges.  Is this the only/easiest option?  
I'd prefer if normal users did not have permissions which would enable 
them to edit whatever they feel necessary when they feel like it.
