[TriLUG] a 'non-windows' method to upgrade BIOS/firmware?

Thanks again for all your help/input.  I upgraded the firmware ... and 
NO ERRORS!  But, I am also seeing the different md5sum output from the 
iso and dvd.  Hmmmmmm ...
