With that number, Dell will probably be willing to deal with you. When I
was at former employeer, Dell cut us some sweet deals... and all we
ordered were about 50 servers/year.

Intrex would also be a good source. With that number you could simply
point to the sources you want for the HW and let them put it together
and burn it in for you - maybe even load an initial image on each
machine.

I did this once with Stay0nline, but I've heard that they don't do this
sort of thing anymore.
