What orafice did you pull that from?  Apple has been contributing lots of 
stuff to the OSS community.  Ever hear of a little open source UNIX distro 
called "Darwin"?  The KDE team gave big kudos to Apple in the 3.2 release 
for kicking back all kinds of contributions to Konqueror.  Apple has been 
doing a pretty good job of learning how they can give back to the 
community.
