[TriLUG] how do I get RealPlayer 8 to run on redhat 9

I have an (admittedly) old rp8 rpm that I install as root and it 
invariably works for me.  I just rpm -Uvh it under X and after installing 
the binaries it runs a script to collect userinfo and run a test file.

Of course, all my hardware is Intel (TM), but I can't see that that would 
make a difference :)
