[TriLUG] CUPS : displaying number of pages?

Does anyone know how to make the CUPS administration panel show the
number of pages in a pending job?

I'm trying to use CUPS to set up a print server here at $WORK; all jobs
will be held until a lab monitor approves the job.  Crucial to this is
displaying the size of the job in pages (measuring this in bytes doesn't
cut it).
