Very interesting, can we supplement our own diets and some medication regimes with direct solar exposure ?  Gives a whole new meaning for that "recharging" effect many feel after a vacation at the shore !

This session will specifically focus on relating breathing, solar and Kundalini yoga with human brain and body functions from medical, scientific and yogic perspectives.
