Except for the fact that each distribution has a different
default installation method.  Red Hat uses Red Hat RPMS.
Mandrake uses Mandrake RPMS.  SuSE uses SuSE RPMS.  (Yes,
they're all different.  RPM is just a container format.)
Debian uses .debs.

Does your installer work with each of these or does it
do its own thing?  If it does its own thing, then yes,
it does look *extremely* different from other applications
on a system.  If it does work with them, then how do you
choose which distribution to support?
