Bring lots of little strips of your uid fingerprint and photo
identification (state driver's license, passport, whichever).
You'll use these fingerprint strips and your photo id to confirm
with whomever signing your key that you are in fact who you claim
to be.

If you didn't create a revocation certificate for your first one,
and it's not set to expire, then you just have to be very explicit
that your old one is deprecated and that you are using only your
new one.
