[TriLUG] best web/cvs hosting?

Hi all,

does anyone here have recommendations for a web hosting company that
would also allow me to keep a (small, private) cvs or svn repository
in the web server and access it using ssh?

Admittedly, this has nothing to do with web hosting in a strict sense,
but would come in very handy for keeping some files in sync across
several machines on different networks that I work on regularly.

Or should I just use GNU arch and plain ftp?

Thoughts, opinions, recommendations?
