Ah yeah that's my brain-o.  I'm originally a Triad native, and 
occasionally swap the T-isms.  Sorry for any resulting confusion.  
Perhaps a more concise way to say it, would be that BellSouth has 
decided not to offer it in any of their service areas, to the best of my 
knowledge.
