XP Home version really does lack some in networking, particularly in a business
environment, especially domain like Jim said.  I'd personally NEVER settle for
XP Home version as an IT person, Pro only.  Back to what Jeremy P. asked...
what version of Linux will you be installing instead?  More stable environment,
faster more efficient compiles, etc.  :)
