[JR>] wow.  Thanks for the easy way to remember which pairs get crossed
over.  Even I can remember 568A on one end and 568B on the other.  Of
course, I hope I never have to make manual cables when I can buy ready made
cables so cheap.  At least now, I won't have to get out my cheat sheet :-)
