[TriLUG] OT - tech sector comeback

I was getting 4-5 recruiter calls a week in Nov.  Sadly, most were not
local (I think 3 from that month were).  I put my desired rate back up
to where I really want it to be and that's slowed down a bit, but it is
encouraging that if I did need to find a job suddenly, I could probably
do it if I was willing to take a little hit on my rate.
