[TriLUG] Simba ODBC linux driver.

Usually to talk ODBC to ODBC you need a "bridge".  Unfortunately, I
don't know of a Free or Open Source product.  Easysoft makes such a
product.  I believe they're also the people behind the UnixODBC
driver.  I've used it in the past to talk to a Windows based  ODBC db.
 I can't seem to understand why the ODBC part must reside on the
client, except that Microsoft likes to generate client license fees in
addition to server fees, and having invented ODBC chose that model to
improve revenues.
