You need a wireless card driver  working for RHAS3.0. There is an open 
source ndiswrapper(http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/) and 
trial-and-buy DriverLoader from 
LinuxAnt(http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/).

Overall, configuring these drivers is not as easy as you do for windows.
