[TriLUG] Job at Google, in California or Ireland

I've heard that Google is becoming the new Microsoft in their use of
"creative" interviewing techniques, tough tests/questions, etc. I remember
the old Microsoft interview question: "Why are manhole covers round?" and
found that intriguing.

Is there any truth to this? Anybody ever interviewed with them? I remember
their Harvard billboard stunt, but thought that was just recruiting--not
interviewing.
