[TriLUG] linux video and an OT question

Does that card support hardware mpeg2 encoding?  I can't quite tell from 
the description.  I did notice, though, it says:

- All-software HDTV decoder 

so I think you'd better have a _fast_ processor if you want to watch
hdtv with it.
